Anthony Cassara | Founder & President
Anthony founded True Productions in 2000, while he was still in high school. Following his love for technology and video came easy to him, as he was always encouraged to follow his passion and strive for greatness.
Upon graduating from Purdue University in 2007, Anthony took on True Productions full time and has since built the company into a successful and prosperous multimedia powerhouse in the Chicagoland area. Going from a single 300sq/ft office to a large studio space with a talented staff meant True Productions could assist a much larger audience in making money with media services.
Anthony runs the office in a friendly and fun environment. He enjoys having fun while being the best and producing the highest-possible quality work. He is married to his wife, Jamie and lives in the South Loop of Chicago.

Ron Rich | Vice President
Ron has been with True Productions since 2008, serving as Vice President and Director of Web Development. In his role, Ron takes complicated ideas for the web and works them down to working solutions for clients. He also assists with daily office operations.
While he attended Purdue University, he developed advanced skills in online development and programming. Ron is so much more than just web development, however he is extremely organized and applies his organizational skills to every aspect of the projects he works on. Client files are never misplaced and even his code looks spotless.
His goal with any project is to deliver a working online deliverable that interfaces with numerous applications. Such examples of his handiwork include sophisticated membership sites that integrate E-Commerce and CRM. Ron enjoys what he does and it shows every day.

Nichole Zumpe | Director of Video Services
Nichole has been with True Productions since 2009, serving as the Director of Video Services and Lead Editor. Since being introduced to editing in 2006, Nichole has never looked back. She credits her talent to her natural ability to tell an impactful story that can draw anyone’s attention. Her wide range of expertise has made her editing style very eclectic – it’s easy for her to complete a dramatic piece one day and switch over to a comedy the next day.
She graduated from Columbia College and has work experience in all areas of media including television, radio and film. As an avid learner, Nichole stays up to date with her skills regularly by taking advanced classes and is always up to work on projects outside her comfort zone.
Her goal with any project is to deliver the clients message in the most effective way possible and make it stand out from the rest. She takes the vision of the client and transforms it into a video that is professional and powerful. Every day is interesting and fun for Nichole and she is always willing to learn more and more.

Joanna Stefanovich | Director of Graphic Design
Joanna has been with True Productions since 2010, serving as the Director of Graphic Design. From websites to logos to brochures, she enjoys the creative challenge, pushing herself to produce the best work possible.
For as long as she can remember, Joanna has always doodled and drawn pictures. She loved any type of art class, and kept taking them throughout high school and college. She graduated with a Computer Graphics degree from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2003 and has been creating graphics ever since.
She and her husband currently live in the New York City metro area.
